Passengers book their seats online or by telephone with a valid ticket number on
one of the possible journeys or flights.
Afterwards they receive a confirmation by email with the data and additional
information, which you can define in a template.
This confirmation will not be sent automatically after the reservation has been
made, but must be confirmed by you at the click of a mouse.
This makes sense for several reasons. For example, you can refuse to make
a reservation for various reasons, such as "overweight" (calculation of carrying
capacity) and ask the passenger to reserve a new trip.
